AiRMOUR is a 3-year research and innovation project funded by the European Union to validate novel concepts and solutions to make urban air mobility safe, secure, quiet and green, yet also more accessible, affordable and publicly accepted. It focuses on how urban air mobility can support the emergency medical sector in vital life-saving work. Delivery of these trainings is one element to disseminate the work of the project and showcase the work of stakeholders on this emerging new form of mobility.
EUROCONTROL is a pan-European, civil-military organisation dedicated to supporting European aviation. It aims to make aviation in Europe safer, more efficient, more cost-effective with minimal environmental impact. The EUROCONTROL Aviation Learning Centre supports European Aviation with unique high-quality courses, tools and services. It supports the development of the AiRMOUR trainings and has helped co-ordinate the live lectures of the first training course.
LuxMobility is a transport consultancy based in Luxembourg consisting of mobility experts working on international, European and local projects. LuxMobility is an AiRMOUR partner and for this project is working on gathering and disseminating information on public and stakeholder acceptability of UAM and its application in the medical sector and is leading development of the AiRMOUR training curriculum.
DTV has developed the AiRMOUR learning platform in partnership with LuxMobility to ensure the best learner experience is provided.
